This is a close-up photograph of the Sydney Harbour Bridge taken from a Sydney Explorer Bus. The Sydney Explorer buses are easy to spot because they are painted bright red and because they have 'Sydney Explorer Bus' painted on the side :) The upper level of the bus is open to air and one of the other passengers can be seen on the bottom left of this photo. When it rains however they use normal covered tour coaches. The Sydney Explorer Bus ride is not part of the Sydney public transport system so we paid approx. $30 AU to ride the bus. This ride was excellent because you get to see many of Sydney's major attractions and because you get a proficient dialogue from professional driver. You can get on and off the bus in a 24 hour period and consequently you can explore each attraction at your leisure rejoining the tour by catching the next bus. The bus travels a circuitous route around the inner city including Kings Cross.

You will see the Sydney Maritime Museum, St Mary's Cathedral, The Sydney Opera House, The conservatorium of Music, The Harbour Bridge, The Town Hall, Darling Harbour, The Anzac Bridge, George Street, Macquarie Street, The Royal Botanic Gardens and much more. I highly recommended this ride.
